How a project runs

The same 5 steps whether it’s 1 camera or a whole building.

  1. Survey

I visit, see what exists and ask how you work. Existing systems are audited read-only first.

  2. Design & quote

A written scope: what is included, what is not, and the price in dinars.

  3. Supply & install

Equipment sourced, installed, labelled and tested on site.

  4. Handover

Accounts in your name, network map and device list delivered, staff shown how to use it.

  5. Support

A monthly contract or visits when you need them. Remote first, on site when it can’t be fixed remotely.

F1 Gaming Empire

One client, every layer

At F1 Gaming Empire the same engineer audited the switches, traced the cameras, and wrote the menu, the operations system and the IT reports. One person to call, from the cable to the code.

Who it’s for

  • Gaming centres

Station network, session billing, PC lock, cameras

  • Offices & company HQs

  • Retail & showrooms

    POS and stock, cameras, website

  • Clinics & schools

    Network, attendance, cameras, records system

Ways to work together

Prices are in Iraqi dinars and quoted per site after a survey, so you only pay for what your place needs.

Project

A one-off build or installation with a fixed scope and price.

  • Quoted after the site survey
  • Written scope and exclusions
  • Handover with documentation

Recommended

Monthly contract

Ongoing supervision and maintenance for the areas you choose.

  • Scheduled visits every month
  • Agreed remote response time
  • Emergency visits included
  • Paid monthly, in advance

On demand

Single visits and hours of work, without a contract.

  • Billed per visit or per hour
  • Approved in writing before work starts

Your IT stays yours.

If we stop working together tomorrow, you keep every account, password and document. That is written into every contract.

  • Registered in your name

Domains, accounts and subscriptions belong to your company, never to me.

  • Documented and handed over

The network documentation and device inventory are yours at the end of the contract, or whenever you ask.

  • Kept confidential

Your data stays confidential during the contract and after it ends.

  • Approved in writing

Anything outside the agreed scope is approved in writing before it starts.

Questions

Do you supply the equipment too?

Yes. Hardware is quoted at cost plus an agreed margin, or you buy it yourself and I install it.

Can you take over a system someone else installed?

Yes. I start with a read-only audit of what is there and how it is connected. Nothing changes until you approve the plan.

Who keeps the passwords?

You do. Accounts are registered to your company. I keep only the working access the job needs.

What happens when something breaks?

On a monthly contract, requests are handled remotely first within the agreed response time, and a visit is booked if needed. Emergency visits are part of the contract.

Are the systems in Arabic?

Yes. Websites and systems are built Arabic-first, with English where you need it. Reports and receipts print in Arabic.

Can you work with our current POS or ERP vendor?

Yes. Coordinating your existing vendors is part of the service, so you have one contact instead of five.

Request a quote

Pick what you need and send it on WhatsApp. The usual next step is a short site visit.

What do you need?

Choose any that apply, or none if you’re not sure yet.

Location, size of the place, deadline.
